12.5.2025 V naší organizaci prozkoumáváme cesty, kterými je možné zajistit výhody obnovitelné energie i pro lidi, kteří nemají peníze nazbyt. Zajímalo nás tak, jaké již existují možnosti v zahraničí, a proto jsme vyrazili za inspirací do Rakouska.

1.5.2025 Síť solidárních ekonomik je neformální platformou pro družstva, spolky a kolektivy v České republice, fungující od roku 2022. V současnosti má téměř 40 členů a členek. Sdružuje aktéry, kteří budují alternativní ekonomické vztahy, podnikají se sociálním a ekologickým přesahem, s vědomím potřeby širší proměny ekonomiky a pěstují uvnitř organizace demokratické vztahy.

25.2.2025 All around Europe people are facing an unprecedented housing crisis. The rents are rising while the quality of housing is decaying. People already witness and feel the climate crisis, often living in apartments that are too hot for the first half of the year and too cold for the second. Heating and cooling of our homes constitutes a major part of overall energy consumption - it is pricey and it fastens the climate collapse, as most of the energy used still comes from burning fossil fuels. Mass scale energy efficient renovations are needed, but they often lead to rent increase and tenants losing their homes.

30.1.2025 Raketově rostoucí ceny energií přivedly v posledních letech mnoho českých domácností do těžké situace. Podle studie iniciativy Za bydlení a Ostravské univerzity bylo v roce 2023 energetickou chudobou zasaženo až 1,3 milionu lidí, což je téměř dvojnásobek oproti předchozím třem letům a představuje to 12% populace České republiky. Energetická chudoba ohrožuje především domácnosti s nízkými příjmy, které se potýkají nejen s vysokými náklady na vytápění, ale také s rostoucími cenami elektřiny, jež jsou nezbytné pro zajištění důstojných životních podmínek.
